Our Exterior Remodeling Company’s History
Chase Hite and Chris Hite are the super duo behind the scenes of Great Plains Exteriors. Lifelong KC residents, the brothers grew up working in the exterior construction industry starting from their teenage years. Both gained hands-on experience working for their father’s exterior construction wholesale company, where they developed rich background knowledge of home remodeling and construction.
In 2012, Chase decided to apply his experiences in exterior construction and formed Great Plains Exteriors, initially focusing on siding. Chris joined in 2018, bringing his experience as a certified general contractor.
Since then, the business has grown to cover every aspect of exterior finishes on homes, including roofing, gutters, windows, doors, railings, and decks.
As a full-service exterior remodeling company in Kansas City, Great Plains Exteriors also focuses on developing vital relationships with the best suppliers and contractors in the region to provide the highest quality services and supplies straight to our customers.
Demand for the full array of exterior construction services prompted the expansion of our services to cover new single-family and multi-family developments and commercial construction. In addition to exterior remodeling services, we also offer full-scope subcontracting for new construction projects across every corner of the Kansas City metro area. Our growth has significantly increased dealings with our suppliers, allowing us to pass the lower material costs directly on to our valued customers.
